Scorching on a Snowy Afternoon

photos: Kleiber/Norris

Well, we had our first somewhat-real snow today here in Burlington, so Chris and I decided to head out to the Intervale and blaze some trails.  The weather was bizzare. When we first left the house, big flakes were falling from the sky and my eyelashes had become heavy from snow accumulating. About 15 minutes into our ride the snow stopped, sun came out, and it warmed up a little. Of course, in another 15 minutes the snow was back. Here’s to winter scorching, cheers.
