Beauties: Chiossi Cycles Maino 3-Speed

I bet this photo has you drooling already. This Chiossi Cycles Maino frame was originally built in the 1940s and I’m sure it had lots of love throughout it’s life, but no love like Paolo Chiossi gave to it. He removed the cable and pump bosses, gave it this lovely eggplant paint job, and built up a nice pair of wooden Ghisallo rims.  The bike features a dynamo front hub and a 3-speed coaster in the rear, both Sturmey-Archer of course. Check out a few of my favorite shots below and make sure to head over to Cycle EXIF for the full story.
