A little while ago I posted some photos of my San Lorenzo before I stripped the parts and hung the frame (for now). Since then I’ve been riding my Soma Double Cross for a couple weeks through all sorts of different terrain that wouldn’t have been rideable on my Bianchi. Dirt roads, single track, and the smooth ride of steel have me hooked on this bike. Although, I’m still not sure the race bike is retired-it’s just a different beast I’ll put on ice for a bit.

I pretty much swapped all the parts from my road bike to the Soma and picked up a Chris King headset, TRP Eurox Canti’s, and some 28c Rubino Pro’s.
