Tommasini Sintesi by Mobius Cycle

You can always count on Niki at Mobius Cycle for building/resorting some of the finest vintage steel bicycles. His attention to detail in not only restoring but also photographing these bicycles is borderline excessive; and that’s a good thing. There’s nothing like giving new life to a bicycle and this Tommasini Sintesi is the perfect example of doing just that: a classic steel frame constructed of Columbus Neuron tubing and dressed in some 11 speed Campy Athena.

I just found out last week that I’ll be heading to Seattle in early June for a week, so hopefully I’ll be able to stop by the Mobius Cycle Studio. Get into the details of this beauty below and have a happy Tuesday.

Kiyo Miyazawa NJS Track Bike

Spring is finally here and what better way to welcome it than with a track bike? This Kiyo Miyazawa steel njs bike from Mobius Cycle is a sure stunner and the rainbow paint is the perfect nod to spring’s arrival. Those Phil Wood track cranks really up the bling-factor here too. Mobius Cycle: Colnago Master Piu

There’s nothing like looking at hot bikes on a Friday, especially after a hellish work week. This Colnago Master Piu by Mobius Cycle is just what I needed to see today. I originally had a lot more planned for the site this week but my actual job burned up the majority of my brain fuel. The good news is, I’m finally taking a vacation after 18+ months without one; and have yet to make any specific plans the week off. Stay-cations are so 2013.

Mobius Cycle: Rossin Classique Road Bike

I always love seeing the bikes that come out of Mobius Cycle. This Rossin Classique has had quite a lifetime already from what I can tell, and the folks at Mobius have given it a new life and a new home. Campy, drillium and the aero details really make this bike for me. Jackson – you’re one lucky fellow, now ride this piss outta this!

Custom Rohloff Surly Cross Check Check

Bet you didn’t think this was a Surly Cross Check..but it is. We all know how versatile the Cross Check can be, but throw some bling at it, a 14 speed internal Rohloff Speedhub, some gorgeos Honjo fenders and put it infront of the Mobius‘s lens and you’ve got a recipe for a both gorgeous and functional commuter bicycle. 1978 Moser Champion: World Champion Stripes

While it’s way too loud for my taste, the World Champion striped spokes, 240s Hubs, the Campy Record 11, and color-matched Chris King headset all sitting upon a gorgeous Francesco Moser 1978 World Champion frame have me drooling. Mobius Cycle: Bridgestone Mile 112

I love seeing the photos that come from Mobius Cycle. This is a 1986 Bridgestone Mile 112, one of their first bikes produced as both a road and tri bike in one. The Mile 112 featured a lengthened wheelbase, lowered head and seat tube angles, and 200R fork blades. This one’s been built up with Shimano 105 and some DT Swiss RR585 Wheels.
